Phase 2 build-out

Six destinations.
Six entry strategies.

Thailand and Bali are mature global resort and wellness hubs; Vietnam is a rapidly scaled hospitality market; Cambodia, Palawan and Sri Lanka offer differentiated nature, heritage and recovery stories with more site-specific infrastructure and permitting execution risk. Each site carries eleven guest pods, four support pods, a spa and recovery building and a small, highly trained local team.
