Private longevity membership

Six exceptional plots.

We are inviting exceptional real-estate owners around the world to bring remarkable land into the Solaris collection — a shared operating alliance that combines local ownership with our membership, eco-pod and hospitality platform.

Our foundations

Beautiful land. Intelligent build.
Exceptional hospitality.

We have identified six extraordinary, low-cost land opportunities — ready for beautiful eco-pods and world-class hospitality. Each site is designed for eleven guest pods, four support pods — massage, health, staff and manager — a spa and recovery building and a small, highly trained local team.

Low-cost land

Exceptional locations. Smarter entry costs.

Eco-pod model

Fast, elegant and environmentally conscious.

Hospitality

Extraordinary service. Our defining difference.

Designed for immersion

Built to bring you
as close to nature as possible.

Every Solaris pod is an eco-friendly, factory-built shell placed on light foundations — no slab, no scarring of the land. Pods are lifted above the terrain on slender legs so water, roots and wildlife carry on beneath them, and each one is turned by hand on site to catch a sunrise, a ridge line or a stretch of open ocean.

Curved, floor-to-ceiling Low-E glazing wraps up to 270 degrees of the room, so the jungle, the sky and the water sit inside the space with you. Solid timber linings, deep insulation and near-silent climate control keep the interior calm; skylights and sealed openings let you sleep under the stars without a single insect or a single sound of a road.

Light footprint

Elevated, bolt-fixed shells on pads — the ground is left to keep breathing.

Glass horizons

Up to 270 degrees of insulated Low-E glazing framing jungle, ridge or ocean.

Quiet by design

Timber linings, deep insulation and dark-sky lighting for real stillness.
